"Due to a pandemic loan I received from the government for my home-based business, the SBA required me to purchase additional insurance. I contacted State Farm, my home insurance company, who called me back within a few hours. What I was MOST impressed by was Robert Delguercio, who was so kind and sympathetic to my plight from the very first phone call. It was an unusual request that the office had not had before from other small business owners. He could have just said, sorry, we don't do that kind of thing. Which is actually what I'd expected. But instead he & Krisley researched and was able to tell me the following week that he was able to help me. He contacted me every other day to let me know that he was working on it, that he didn't forget about me, which I thought was just so nice of him. He treated me the way I treat my own clients, which I so appreciate! God Bless him and the Wayne, NJ office."

"In dealing with this agency for over 20 years I have never once actually spoken to Jason Bush. Althoigh I have asked, he is always too busy and never calls back himself. If you want State Farm, I would suggest although some of his current staff are very nice, i'd avoid this agency. His staff seems to rotate frequently and in the past their lack of attention has cost me money, anguish and inconvenience."

"Never to recommend it to anyone, worst customer service, run away while you can don't believe what they tell !!! First they will tell you a price but when you get the bill it will be triple and when you ask why they will say it is what it is ... they promise they will call you back and never do."
